Volt Energy Power offers turnkey solutions that will allow your organization to produce a significant amount of clean, renewable energy.

Volt Energy will develop a Project Management & Development Plan that will guide your project from concept to successful completion and operation. To accomplish this, Volt Energy will determine the feasibility of the project, structure the finance transaction, work with various parties to the transaction, oversee installation, ensure regulatory compliance and monitor the resulting tax credits and renewable energy credits.

Project Development & Management Services:

  • Conduct Engineering and Economic Feasibility Studies to determine the best size, scope, design and financing for each project
  • Coordinate all parties to the transaction into a working group and create a project timeline with deliverables
  • Work with the client, counsel, lenders, investors, installers, and manufacturers to negotiate and finalize various finance, land use, and power purchase agreements
  • Manage all aspects of the project to ensure timely "placed in service" operation and compliance with local land use ordinances, state and federal statutes, tax and energy regulations and requirements
  • Monitor system output and resulting Renewable Energy Credits and Certificates (RECs)
  • Ongoing Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring
  • Develop Energy Master Plans and plans for adopting alternative energy in phases with different technologies and different finance structures

Volt Energy System Ownership & Operation

Volt Energy serves as a solar and wind project developer. We can own, operate and maintain solar and/or wind projects to allow you to concentrate on your core competencies while producing clean renewable energy. Through a Power Purchase Agreement, we can offer you clean energy by locking in your electric rates for a period of years with no upfront capital cost and we will handle Operation and Maintenance. At the end of the term, you can either renew the agreement or buy the system for a fraction of the original cost

Volt also works with utility companies to develop solar and/or wind projects to sell back to the utility companies. Our project team has years of experience in developing large scale solar and wind projects in the United States and abroad.
